我們自身的身份認同建構，有哪些是來自上一代的集體記憶？而我們又會傳給下一個世代什麼樣的集體記憶？這件作品透過工作坊的形式，藝術家雪克與12名年輕參與者重新閱讀史博館過往的展覽，同時爬梳自身的生命經歷。12段以身份認同建構為題的行為藝術作品，有如小寫歷史的敘事切片，以電影影像的語言重新結構。如果電影作為檔案，既是幫助人們記憶社會的媒介，也是當代人對於歷史的理解及再現，然而它是一種關於過去的社會記憶，抑或也是一種歷史敘述？
What aspects of our own identity construction stem from the collective memory of the previous generation? And what kind of collective memory will we pass on to the next generation? This project takes the form of a workshop, where the artist, Shake, collaborates with 12 young participants to re-examine past exhibitions at the National Museum of History in Taiwan, while also reflecting on their own life experiences. The resulting 12 performance art pieces, centered around the theme of identity construction, resemble narrative fragments of minor history, reconstructed using the language of film imagery. If we consider film as an archive, it serves not only as a medium to aid people in remembering society but also as a contemporary interpretation and representation of history. However, is it a form of societal memory about the past, or is it also a type of historical narrative?
